If you are a member then you know how irritating it is to have to jump through loops for them! All for goodish reasons though. Now with the lockdown, they have shown their mettle. We have been given extra benefits to compensate for not being able to manage eg, driving, going to gym. I wish all organisations would show this kind of generosity in bad times.
