DISCOVERY VITALITY SUCKS!!

<p>Was called by Virgin Active that my debit order was returned. The debit order presented was way more than my standard debit order for the past 2 years. Never had any email communication from Discovery Vitality.... ever!! They decided to increase my debit order for attending gym less than I committed to. I never committed to any amount!! No correspondence ever from Discovery Vitality..... ever!! When I called to find out the details I discovered that they copied my email address incorrectly..... gmail.co.za??? ***? Everyone knows it is .com. No negotiation.... no apologies for *****ing up my membership.... nothing. Discovery Vitality Sucks!! I have cancelled my membership after 3 + years and will NEVER deal with these fools again...... ***** you Discovery Vitality. and Virgin Active........ I would rather pay more at a Gym that appreciates my business and communicates with me.</p>
