Discovery Vitality subscription ****

Vitality called me to inform me about their free services for the first two months and that I will decide if i want to subscribe or not on the 3rd month.But they went ahead and deducted R479 without my consent and when I called them today,they said our phone call was a verbal agreement! No one told me about the verbal agreement during that call,No one specifically told me that R479 was going to be deducted. THEY SAID "I WAS GONNA DECIDE IF I WANTED IT OR NOT". Out of all of their premiums, from the lowest to the highest,how did they conclude that I want the R479 one? I want my money back since I didn't give them permission and didn't make use of their free services as well! Somebody help me please 😭😭😭😭 I feel ****** and manipulated. How do i get my R479 back?
