Discovery Vitality Subscription ****

The Discovery Vitality agents who contact Discovery clients who would have recently joined Discovery either through Discovery Medical or insure *****ulently subscribe clients to joining the vitality programme even after clients have stated that they are not interested in this services.

I am currently a victim of such a **** where an agent contacted me advising of the services Discovery Vitality offers. I vividly told the agent that I am not interested in these services, however I later discovered that there was a deduction for Vitality services on my salary. I then contacted the Vitality call centre to ask for a recording of the call where I was subscribing to these services and a refund to my account. After numerous calls and being referred to different departments I have not been assisted and as we speak Vitality services are deducting money from my salary for the 11th month.

Discovery Vitality does not have a Complaints Mail box or Hotline. I have reported such incidents to them many times with no assistance from any of the call agents. No one wants to investigate such syndicates taking place and the service me and my HR department have experienced from this company is very shocking.
