Discovery Vitality stole my money

In October, I book hotel accompanied through Discovery Vitality and paid R10k. Last week I got a mail from the hotel that my reservation is cancelled, they also said they haven’t been paid by Vitality. I called Vitality and they said they refund after 4 weeks. I have been calling them everyday and they promise to refund. I had to book again using my money but Discovery doesn’t want to refund me. I didn’t cancel, but it’s the hotel that cancelled my booking. Why should I be begging for my money yet it wasn’t my fault to cancel. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
