Discovery Vitality - still awaiting promised response?
<p>On 22 Nov, I wrote a review about Discovery Vitality cancelling crossfit gym benefits.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 22Nov, Discovery Health Servicing Team advised that they would be in touch soon.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 28Nov, and I habve not yet received a response. Please can Discovery Health Servicing Team advise when they will be getting in touch?</p>

Discovery Vitality may respond to reviews but nothing ever really gets resolved.
At the end of the day, Discovery is a company run by actuaries who only care about numbers and profits. One year they throw members the bone of a benefit only to take it away the following year as it wasn't sufficiently profitable for them. They don't care about members!
And when one asks for an explanation, they advise with a reply that is so vague and convoluted that it is meaningless and when one asks for more information, one is advised that they cannot disclose any more information.
What hogwash! Discovery and Vitality only pretend to care. They really only take, take , take.
