Discovery Vitality & Ster-Kinekor worst service delivery!

Receiving the worst service from Discovery Vitality at the moment. I've logged a ticket for my movie card that has not been working since the 29th April. Everytime it's back and forth with Discovery and Ster-kinekor. Just get this right and sort out my issue please. I'm a new Vitality member, there were no changes of any sort.

Today they called to say my card and wifes card have been activated, but now it's only my card that is working. Come on now!
