Congratulations Discovery ! The bigger you get the more pathetic your service gets. I have now been a fortunate beneficiary of this service. Twice my vitality was cancelled this year without notice (just like that !). My Medical Aid was also a beneficiary of this service ! However, this communication focuses and directed on your star performer , Zukolwetu Vutula ! Why do we have employment with ZERO service ! Unfortunately this platform does not allow me to rate below 1 star which Zukolwetu Vutula representing Discovery, qualifies for. Rather have a computer perform this work. Sent numerous emails and warnings to take action, like this ~ still ZILCH concern. With no consequence management - why should things improve ! Even trying to report and send it to a person is impossible as you land up in the maze / blackhole of a callcentre.
