Discovery vitality south africa - nothing but empty promises to get customers

<p>Discovery vitality offers vitality rewards to its paid members. It's a fee of over r200 to below to vitality and the reason to belong is to obtain the benefits of the rewards. 9 weeks ago I brought it to vitality attention that the goal (the maximum at 900) that they had set for me, I simply was not reaching. I asked the, why , one had not dropped as all my other friends on vitality have their points drop after a few weeks of not meeting their weekly points. I was told they would drop after 10 weeks normally. 10 weeks go by of me not being able to reach my points and still nothing. Vitality take the points on review and come back with that they will not drop my weekly point goal despite same being the maximum points a person can reach and me not being able to reach them for over 13 weeks. I have asked repeated why they drop other people's goals and not mine with no response. I have also asked for someone to call me so I can avoid getting the same generic response but to date, nothing. Feeling very frustrating and left wondering why I would pay to belong to a system that has specifically excluded me from its benefits </p>
