Discovery Vitality Site inadequate

The Vitality baby website has NOT been working for the last month! I phoned in to have it activated because of the inadequacy of the website and the app, only to get an email saying I need to log in again to retrieve the code to fetch the vitality gift box. I go into Toys R Us to fetch the box using the email and am told I need the code. Logged in to the site and app only to find out once more, the site is still having technical difficulties. Tried phoning Discovery and the vitality dept. is unavailable on weekends! So my husband and i had to leave the store. I logged a query on the site stating i need to the code only to get another email stating I still need to log in to retrieve the code despite advising on the query that i am unable to get the code off the site!

Really sick of this process, time wasted and lack of proper facilities on a website and app that should be s****ped! We are paying for services that are unattainable!
