Discovery Vitality Shoe Booster - Bad Service
Hi
I have a complain regarding Discovery Vitality Product called Vitality Shoe Booster, the products works in the following way, you activate it then you need to buy a shoe within 30 days of activation then you qualify to get money back. my story is that, i bought the shoe on the 30 of June at Sportmans Warehouse and that was within the 30 days of activating my shoe booster, the problem was that at Sportmans Warehouse they used an incorrect HealthGear Card Number to capture the purchase, this resulted in my Shoe Booster not activating. Upon calling Vatality (11 July 2018) i spoke to a Gentleman Called Chief Maanda, letting him know that my shoe booster was not activating upon purchasing the shoe, he requested for the slip, i sent it, upon investigation it was found that incorrect HealthGear Card Number was used (16 July 2018), he then advised that i go to Sportmans Warehouse to rectify the mistake, i went there on the 18 July 2018 and this was rectified to display correct HealthGear Card Number. I submited the corrected slip to Chief Maanda on the 18 July 2018, its now been over a week and still now feedback. I called on the 24 July 2018 to inquire, i was told that i will be called back, and no call back. now to day i called again and spoke to a Lady named Kgwadu Mabetwa and she told me that they wont be able to assist as their system shows that the purchase was done after 30 Days of activation, i then told her that i have proof that i had purchased these within days and alerted her of the mistake done by Sportmans Warehouse and was corrected, but she insisted that they cant do anything from their side, i do not know what to do anymore, im frustated, please help.
