Discovery Vitality - shockingly bad customer service

If you are thinking of getting discovery vitality for better benefits, don't! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. On 31 December 2019, apparently due to a system glitch, our vitality membership was canceld. We phoned in the first week of January to log the complaint as the full gym membership fees were deducted instead of the discounted fees that you get through vitality. The error has still not been fixed. We have phoned countless of times and still no one seems to know how to do their job or even care. They dont follow up and never phone you back. Again this month the full gym membership fees were deducted because no one can assist to fix the problem. They owe us a total R2400 already. This company should actually be getting no stars.
