discovery vitality shocking customer service and waste of clients time

hi I tried to register for the shoe booster on the discovery app on the 8th of July and the app timed out and it didn't register and since then its been saying pending it won't let me retry I called last week Wednesday waited on the line for nearly 30 mins and was promised it would be sorted in 48 hours but it wasn't and now its been nearly 2 weeks and it still says pending and I've lost out on the shoes I wanted to buy they not available locally anymore this is shocking service
