Discovery Vitality Sandton building can't process R100 payment

I must confess and say I have been a very satisfied customer of Vitality until yesterday. I went to they're multi-million building in Sandton but they failed to process a R100 payment. Then they call the call center and they too cant do nothing. I go into they're website they removed where you can log in your complaints. It's really scary that such a small matter can't be resolved. What if i get extremely sick and these are the people that are supposed to help? Extremely disappointing.
