Discovery Vitality sales consultants need better training.

I am extremely disappointed in how Discovery does sales. Someone contacted me to offer ma vitality active, gave me information that turned out to be inaccurate, even though I specifically repeated my question, the consultant gave me the exact same answer. Please Discovery, I want you to pull up the call recording and honour what was sold to me or lose a customer.
