Discovery Vitality's techical hitch has lost all my Vitality info and DIAMOND status

<p>Discovery Vitality had a technical hitch and it has erased all my & family Vitality info. We were on Diamond status and just before their technical glitch I had approx 100,000 points. We have been on DIAMOND status for years. After complaining of their recklesness , they restored my Vitality but with the lowest status ,Bronze , and ZERO points. After complaningagain they set me up to s**** with Bronze again and with only a few points my name. I have expressed my discontentment and requested a senior member of Discovery call me to discuss. But to no avail. How pathetic . I was a BIG fan of Discovery. Not any more</p>
