Discovery vitality run series

I registered for the discovery vitality run series (Rockies Gerald Fox memoral) which will take place on the 15 September 2019, then I called the number provided on the website to change the race for the race on the 25 August 2019 ( Wanderers road race). I made the call on the 2nd July 2019 to one of the agents named Lindi Albrecht and she advised me to send her an Email explaining everything so that she can help me, I immediately sent her the the email. I kept calling her to get an update but she kept promising that she was working on it. on the 23nd July 2019 she only rep**** to me telling me that the race was full and that I cant get back the money. then she said she cant help me further. I really feel that this is very unprofessional and that as runners we are made to feel stupid when we are not. I need this issue to be resolved as the race is getting closer.

I sent you the Email on the 2nd July and I was hoping you would also know that these races fill up very quickly, then you only reply to me 21days later. then this tells me that you were not intersected in helping me. I will really take the matter forward, I'm not happy with the way you have handled this matter. I would like to know if I was to rate your service what would I have to say about the way you handled this issue. You have failed to to the simply job you had to do. I m taking the issue forward to that other runners do not fall victim of your lack of professionalism. I'm highly disappointed at you and your organization.
