Discovery Vitality ruins another family outing

I am extremely disappointed in Discovery once again. They do not have systems that work! This weekend I tried using my Ster-Kinekor benefit at Carnival mall, only to discover that the Vitality kids benefit was deativated. I completed the health review of my children in March when I received an email reminder from discovery. For some reason the system at Discovery did not register my health review. The same thing happened last year and I was told it was a glitch in the system. It seems as if this glitch happens every year. What worries me is that the manager at the movies mentioned that I was not the first person that it has happened to. Vitality needs to refund me the cost of the movie ticket as my benefit should have been in place as I comp**** with their policy. Vitality cannot be having the same system issues every year.
