Discovery Vitality - Rude Staff - who says he represents Exco

Hallo,

Today (03.08.2018) at 12.20pm - I called Vitality for a follow up on my baby benefit.I asked to be escalated to a Manager - I explained my situation to him that for the past month I have been calling to find the gift pack voucher - he explained that there has been issues with the system. I am 34 weeks pregnant. On 1 August 2018 I went to Toys r us to be told that the voucher sent to me was wrong and it was given to me by one of your agents - this I explained to the "Manager" Brian Fuzani who reports to Marvin Mo***eng said to me when he was "shouting and screaming in my ear as i said I dont like his tone of voice " that he will not be escalating me to anyone else as he represents Exco so the bark stops with his essentially ...So i must just know that my query is being sorted. Firstly I pay Vitality every month and when I call i expect a service - No one will speak to me as they please but yet my money keeps their job. I dont use vitality except when im pregnant and for someone to tell me that he cant escalate me because he represents Exco at Discovery I dont see the need to have Vitality if this is how we are treated.

My number is ********** 161 - I want someone from Discovery preferably Brians Manager to call me I need him to be fired.
