Discovery Vitality - REALLY bad customer service

Discovery - Your customer service is pathetic, really. I've been waiting 9 days for my flight booster payout. Still no feedback, no one can help me. I moved from my own medical aid plan to my husbands one as his spouse, and for some reason everything went downhill from there. My profile didn't carry over. I think I've been on the phone with Discovery every single day these last two weeks. BUT discovery was very eager to ask me to pay R2000 in because my savings is used up and now I'm moving to another plan. Quick to take money, but not so quick to refund.
