Discovery Vitality Query Solving Abilitity is questionable

Sadly although Discovery Vitality offer all sorts of "perks", their follow up on queries, relating to gym cashbacks etc is shocking. After 4 months of numerous phone calls and emails, they have yet to reimburse me for monies owed to me. They now just ignore my emails and do not fulfill their promises to return my phone calls. I am very disappointed!
