Discovery Vitality poor value and service

Discovery Vitality is costly and they keep on changing the goal post to earn points every year . It is also an additional cost per month of over R400 ? I am struggling for them to update my 2022 exercise , health and healthy food profile . It is already February and still not sorted . Dropped from Diamond to silver . Their chatbot is irritating, tried to fix Garmin upload in December with them , still wrong. Also ,the one good travel benefit has been reduced from unlimited to 3 internal flights per year , this is really not on!
