Discovery Vitality points problems

The vitality program is excellent and I have used it for a number of years. Unfortunatly things are not as good as they used to be. Over the past number of months I have repeatedly had to contact Vitality because when capturing points they simply leave out days and I have to go to a lot of unnecessary trouble and send them screen dumps from my phone so as for them to rectify and award the points. I have asked when this problem will be resolved but sadly they are not interested in communicating with their customers. I realize that problems will from time to time occur but surly they can advise us when it will be resolved. I guess the days of talking to a helpful person over the phone are long gone.
