Discovery vitality points not awarded!!

Discovery is not updating my workout points no matter how many times i update & sync. This leaving me have to pay 2 months in a row for not making my goals which i have achieved but no points awarded to me.

Pathetic and i dont know how to fix the problem because i call the call centre and wait for long periods for an answer..... eventually i put down because who has so much time to wait on call centre agents.
