Discovery Vitality points claiming frustrations

Discovery vitality REALLY needs to make the process of claiming points easier for their clients. It becomes a nightmare when trying to link store cards to discovery vitality, there always seems to be confusion where the shops (Dischem, PicknPay, etc) don't know whats cooking. It's very frustrating!
