Discovery Vitality Points

It has been a year since I am trying to resolve my vitality points reward, I have chatted to few on-line consultants and have asked them to get their manager to telephone me to date, there is not response or resolution of my matter. Almost very time I contact discovery, medical, banking or vitality I get same appalling service. BTW Discovery Vitality does not appear on the list. In the past you had a email address when requests could be communicated too which is replaced by a online 'Bot' which does not assist.
