Discovery Vitality Pitfalls: Beware!!!

Hi. I recently had a break in my vitality membership when I changed medical aids. Without any notice , vitality hiked my wifes gym debit order. I reluctantly signed her up for vitality and a life policy again and was told initially that I will not pay the gym activation fee again for her. When I went into the gym I was told it we a reduced fee, but it has to reflect on the system which only discovery can change. I logged numerous calls , and escalations with no feedback. My frustration escalated because every time I talk to a new supervisor , I need to re-explain ,re-authenicate and WAIT!! Four weeks passed , 3 escalations and 3 full gym membership fees deducted - but no end in site. I spoke to Dineo Rakwadi ref no : ********** 991 , and Durmain 2 weeks ago. I was promised that this would be resolved and I would pay the discounted activation fee. I am now paying full membership fees at the gym , and I am supposed to pay yet another activation fee of R2100 after 4 months of paying the full fee!! Furthermore, none of the gym visits for her reflect, in order to retain my DIAMOND status. So now we have 6 months to get get to Gold again, despite me getting to the required amount of points before she was added.
