Discovery vitality payout not being PAID OUT

<p>Where to start! I have been crying about this for YEARS. Discovery just does NOT PAY OUT my benefits. It's been almost 3 years of back and forth and there's always just an excuse. ALWAYS have to wait 3-5 days JUST to phone/mail again and hear that they're WORKING on the ISSUE.... I don't even know why you offer REWARDS when you don't pay it out. My banking details have been confirmed about 4gazillion times. EVERYTIME I am PROMISED the payout will happen. NOTHING. I AM SO SICK OF THIS!</p>
