Discovery Vitality - Pathetic Service ( Your Vouchers do not work)

I exchanged vitality points to get a checkers voucher to the amount of R250. I received the voucher code but when I try to redeem at checkers it gives an error. I then emailed vitality with the screenshot of the error & my details. It is now day 4 (working days) and still no reply from them. What pathetic service
