Discovery Vitality Open....False Advertising

After seeing numerous ads on tv of Discovery Vitality that they have made their Vitality open to all South Africans for 10 weeks I decided on the 25th of September 2018 to take Discovery up on this Discovery Open option . I downloaded the app as they advertised got my otp, but that was the end of that. I could not be registered on the system . I decided to download the app for my husband and he had no problems.

I contacted Discover Vitality Open on the 26 th Sept, 27th September and the 2nd October with all of the consultants telling me that the it people are aware of this problem. They shouldn't be aware , they should fix it I am now in the third week losing out on the vitality open due to Discovery's false advertising on tv. They don't even get back to a person to let you know how far your query is. Will this now go on for 10 weeks , and thats that
