This is one big ****!! They promise you all this benefits and rewards, just to tell you that you do not qualify for it because you need the next thing to use the benefits or they promise you 35% discount on flight bookings that is far from 35%. Discovery vitality charge you R2000 per person booking fees, but you still do the booking YOURSELF through their bank. They fool you with this amazing app, and points here, rewards there, free this and that. Trust me I have medical aid with them, life insurance, house insurance and vitality, I am on Diamonds status, eating healthy, buying frin woolies, Paying them R24000 per month for all my portfolios just find out that I cannot use my 35% discount (that is not 35%) because I need to book six week in advance. Do uour self a favour and go check how fast they change their policies. One monent it is this and then few months later it changed. They rope uou in to buy more and more to their benefit not yours. I was a loyal customer for 13 years. Staying active, did my tests, answered online questions, eating healthy, upgrading my packages, you name it. In my app they promise I will get an amount paid out to me the next year, just to find out that I don’t get the full payment because I claimed to much medical aid. Don’t fall for there promises or the brokers promises. There system is designed for them to make money and not for the benefit of the client. I had to cancel my famiky holiday because they don’t want to give me my 35% discount as they promised. I didn’t had the money to buy the tickets a few weeks back, I safed to buy it now, and now they can’t help me. The broker from attooh didn’t helo me and Discovery also don’t want to help me.
