Discovery Vitality not syncing

After logging a fault regarding my Discovery vitality App is not syncing my workouts with the Huawei fitness tracker Discovery Vitality just simply ignored the fault. After phoning gain today the logged a new fault. So we will see if they actually logged the fault now.
