Discovery Vitality not ethical.

Called them to enquire why they still taking money for Vitality, gyms are closed and not debiting my portion ( Virgin Active). Was told that they still pay my 75% to Virgin Active, when i asked for proof i get told they can't give that to me??? Suspisios much?The i get told but i can still use my healthy food benefit. I have not used the healthy food benefit for years after discovering that Discovery can see everything i purchases. Non food items, personal items!! Clear invasion of my privacy. Sport shops were closed so what benefit did i get during lockdown. They just pocket our money. Timed like these where you can see the good and bad companys.
