Discovery Vitality not cancelled when requested.

Just to find the contact number to this particular branch of Discovery is a genuine nightmare. They provide everything but the option you seek when you call what seems like all the numbers. I have been on hold waiting for a consultant to the point I ran out of airtime.

Problem:

I used to be a member of Discovery Health via my old employer, I resigned in March 2020 and subsequently cancelled my Health Membership which was packaged with Vitality. In cancelling the one I thought the other would be cancelled as well. Vitality is the reason I had a Planet Fitness membership which should have been cancelled. Today I received an SMS stating I was handed over to lawyers for an unpaid membership which I thought was cancelled. I logged on to my Discovery account which I have due to the banking and I called Discovery Health to find that Vitality is linked to my Banking which should not be possible since I cancelled it. I cannot find any way to contact Discovery Vitality itself to resolve this issue.
