Discovery Vitality not acknowledging pregnant moms during annual health checks...

My wife, who is 7 months pregnant, went for her annual Vitality Health check-up last week, but then realized that it seems as if Discovery, even though she has already activated the "maternity benefits" many months ago, don't take into account during the Health check (which is obviously adds up to probably the biggest chunk of your annual points) that the pregnancy OBVIOUSLY affects her waist circumference and thus body mass index etc - i.e. she only received 15000/20000 points, even though she is a perfectly healthy, but pregnant woman due to these incorrect/out-of-context measurements?! What adds to the frustration is that being the last day of the year we are now only 1700 points short of retaining or "diamond" status - due to these 5000 missing points that she would've received in case she wasn't pregnant. I then tried calling Vitality just now but they don't seem to answer their phones on 31 Dec as I held the line for what seemed like a lifetime - on a normal working day for some of us (and I'm sure probably one of Vitality's busiest of the year due to the failing points system - so being short staffed isn't a good enough excuse - we as clients are still paying our memberships fees as always today!).

I also have a problem with the rules i.t.o. capping your daily points to the highest of all the activities that you did on that specific day - i.e. on many occasions throughout this year I played a round of golf (100 points for walking +-10km with a golf bag on my back) and went to the gym (100 points for more exercise than a round of golf) on the same day, but then I only receive 100/200 points - yet when I go for a 5km stroll with my dog on a Saturday morning Parkrun - I receive 300 points - i.e. 3*more points for probably around 5 times less proper exercise than the days on which I receive only 100 points?! I understand a system like this has to take a lot of different scenarios into account as is thus very difficult to get 100% right for everyone, yet I still think logic needs to be app****, which clearly isn't the case in this example - i.e. if you cap the points in case someone does more than 1 activity on the same day, then surely at least cap just it at the most possible points that you can get for doing only 1 activity on a day..?!

Don't know about the rest of you but I'm certainly getting fed up with this points system, especially when you try the entire year only to fall short due to Discovery not applying the least bit of logic! I noticed that under their "pathology test" section they do indeed acknowledge pregnant moms and thus award their full points i.t.o. those tests (which you obviously have to pay for additionally - and end up earning much less points for!), yet when it comes to the normal Health Check Ups they simply fail to apply the same principle... can someone from Vitality please explain this logic to me?!
