DISCOVERY VITALITY NON-JOY

Been on phone to Discovery for 80 minutes. Have a dependant who has disappeared off the Vitality travel system and I cannot make a booking for her. Vitality travel says its a Vitality platform problem. VPlatform says its a bank problem. ViTality bank says its a VTravel problem. Vitality TRAVEL DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES EVEN IF ITS TRANSFERRED INTERNALLY. What to do? Call again tomorrow during office hours according to the emergency number. Wow. A layered and fragmented system with NO ONE KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR TALKING ABOUT. PURE DISCOVERY- CONFUSE THE CLIENT AND MAKE A PROFIT.
