Discovery Vitality Non-Existing Service and System Bugs

I have been with Discovery for years. Health wise Discovery are not doing to bad but maybe that is what Discovery should be sticking to. I have to log inquiries with Discovery Vitality every other month as somewhere somehow the either do not pay out benefits or they short pay benefits. I had an issues with my "Shoe Booster" benefit that only took Discovery 4 months to resolve. Currently I am waiting on a Health Care benefit from Discovery regarding points for Clicks to paid out for the December 2018 / January 2019, this query was logged at the end of January 2019 and was told to me by one of Discovery's consultants was sorted in the beginning of April 2019 but just to find out in the beginning of May 2019 that it is still unresolved. I then logged another query with a manager at Discovery Vitality around the 20th of May 2019 and guess what, still not resolved. All Discovery keeps on telling you is that there back office experts are looking into it. Looking into a query for 6 months!!!! I managed to get a statement from Clicks in 24 hours and the transaction Discovery is talking about does not reflect on there. Maybe it is time Discovery employ real experts.
