Discovery Vitality non-comitted

I have battled for more than a month to get my new Polar watch linked to Vitality. Discovery Vitality seems *********** to send the “link” to my Polar account so I can get the device linked to Vitality. This despite weekly phone calls and numerous complaint logs. There is seemingly no commitment from Discovery Vitality to sort out the problem.
