Discovery Vitality - No Service No Delivery.....Whats not to love...

How long does Discover Vitality make their Clients wait in order to send their HEALTHY FOOD GEAR AND CARE cards?????

We have Joined Discovery on the 1st of July 2018 and app**** for these cards the same day. Needless to say we are still waiting for these cards...? Since the cards can not be sent to us, can we arrange to fetch the cards ourselves?
