Discovery vitality nightmare

Just joined discovery insure. Their app is pathetic, you cannot complete the online driver assessment . Technical errors at every turn. Why should anyone want to pay so much for this frustration. The Vitality health app doesn't work properly either, my Huawei device cannot sync workouts due to technical errors. I'm paying a premium price for pathetic service from discovery. They release half baked applications and let clients suffer the consequences. Thinking of canceling every single discovery product that I have, which is neay everything they offer. Oh, and you can email their help adres etc and will never get a response. As for their whattsapp help service, another really dumb half-baked idea that frustrates you to no end
