Discovery Vitality moving the goalposts again

I have been storing my weekly rewards in the hope of cashing these in, for something I really needed. Guess what, Discovery have changed the rules and moved the goalposts by applying limits on their reward partners. For instance, I was allowed to only cash in R100 a day with Sportsmans. I tried to cash in another R100 the following day, without success. I now receive an error stating that the reward is unavailable and I should shop for another award?? What the heck, I want to cash my rewards in at Sportsmans... This was not an issue before.. What is going on here Discovery?? Some feedback would be appreciated.
