Discovery Vitality lying about device sync capabilities

I have now repeatedly rep**** to the Discovery Vitality help line in order to get details on why my FitBit exercises do not show any speed. I have a time on the exercises but the speed is always shown as 0km/h. Not quite sure how I was able to take +5000 steps, travelling over 5km within 40min by going at a speed 0km/h. Unless I somehow discovered teleporting?!?!

Everytime I write to discovery to explain that there is an issue with their integration they request screenshots. I've sent theses screenshots multiple times showing the duration, steps, etc and every time they come back with requesting more information. The additional information is meant to available via the integration between fitbit and discovery.

If FitBit is not able to integrate with Discovery Vitality completely then please just state it as such and stop lying on the website saying that you can track everything.
