Discovery Vitality - Legal Action over R0.01 and refusing to communicate with client

I owed Discovery Vitality R0.01. I had an active debit order with Discovery Credit Card and asked them to proceed to debit my account. That was in November 2017. In February 2018 I was then told I owe over R1228. I then asked them how is this possible as I had an active debit order with Discovery Card. What is the most interesting is that I tried to cancel my card in November 2017 and was told I cannot as their is an active Discovery Vitality Debit Order running. I was informed in February that I could now cancel my credit card which I proceeded to do so. In August I asked Discovery Vitality for certain information. I was then told that they would provide me with feedback. The feedback I got was that I was handed over to their Attorneys Shapiro Shaik De Fries and Associates. I then asked them how have I been handed over if I havent even received the feedback that Discovery Vitality stated in writing they would provide. I was then told by the Attorneys in writing threatening me that they will proceed to file a law suit. I then contacted Discovery and told him we will still sorting everything out and now you hand me over and the account has increased from R0.01 to over R1228 to over R1528. Bearing in mind NO ONE HAS PROVIDED BANKING DETAILS? Discovery Vitality has no sent an email stating deal with the Attorneys. It was the worst decision to ever to use Discovery Vitality. From R0.01 to R1228 they now refuse to speak to you and use their Attorney.
