Discovery Vitality is Useless

Firstly, if I could have given minus 50 stars... that would be my rating. My problems with Discovery Vitality and their awards system is on going, the system does not work and it takes months of frustrating emails to possible correct the error. I received a Makro R250.00 activity voucher for reaching one of my exercise . the trouble is Makro will not accept it and are nt prepared to investigate . All I get from Discovery are computer generated reference numbers and a thousand apologies but they do noting about correcting the error.How is it possible that of the biggest Company's in South Africa cannot rectify a software issue .Vitality is a great idea and they charge one an extra membership fee to give you free rewards but to get hold of the rewards and use them is actually torture.They spend millions on TV adds and yet do not have strained staff to deal with basic issues .Suspect like me, many people are going to be driven away from Discovery, their bank and their insurance because of a lack of service and basic respect for the customer .Would the CEO of Discovery personally deal with Company that has such disdain for its paying clients ..thats a question he should answer ???/
