Discovery Vitality is not answering any e-mails – despite promises in automatic reply

I have been trying to get hold of Discovery Vitality since 14 January 2019. I have e-mailed several times and I have left several Facebook messages. But nothing! No reply, no service, no answer, no nothing. What must I do? Wait another three weeks?! What should one do to get an answer/reply from Vitality? This is shocking and pathetic and terrible service.
