Discovery Vitality is below average.

Hello Peter

I joined Virgin Active, I then cancelled. I joined Ignite Fitness in Walmer Park where they have a Discovery Vitality Kiosk for manual logging of gym visits. Not a single visit has reflected on my app and no points were awarded.

I have received confirmation from the gym that other members are not experiencing any problems.

I like that the gym was willing to help but when I contacted Discovery was told that they do not have such a thing as the Kiosk I tried to describe to the lady. I was put on hold as she wanted to ask the manager for assistance. I didn't appreciate being put on hold for so long. I gave up.

I am more frustrated by the fact they I have to 'run after people' to assist me with my query.

Please assist
