Discovery vitality is an absolute disappointment

Discovery Vitality does not even deserve a one star rating! I joined Vitality in October 2018 when a consultant phoned me and promoted it as I was pregnant at the time and they told me all about the wonderful benefits for my family. The consultant/Sale Person also mentioned that we will receive a R500 pnp voucher in the 3rd month. I have now phoned weekly for 3 months trying to find out *** is going on! Everytime I am told some other BS and promised a new deadline for my query to be resolved. Discovery Vitaity is useless and it has gotten to the point where I am considering not only canceling my Vitality but every polocy i have with Discovery. I would not recommend Discovery to anybody
