DISCOVERY VITALITY IS A MISLEADING CHEAT!

Discovery really knows how to cheat their customers by displaying prices that dont even exist. I have been with Discovery for over 5 years and have worked really hard to get to higher levels to increase my discounts, especially for international travel. I am now of Gold which means I get a 30% discount.

I finally saved up enough to travel internationally. For the past week, the flights have been constantly displaying an amount of R10256 for a return flight. I have been trying to book for the past two days and it comes up with an error. When I phoned Vitality, the guy comes back to me saying those prices arent available and I have to pay R14600!!!! R4600 MORE!!! This is the same price as other airlines. WHERE IS THE SAVING???? What is the point of constantly working hard to increase your vitality status??? Discovery is very misleading and this is so sad!!!!
