Discovery Vitality is a ****!!!

I've since reached out to Discovery Vitality to cancel my vitality since last year June, only to find the R399 charge deducted from my salary regardless. That time you are told the cancelation happens with a month notice, meaning if I cancel now, they'll still deduct in March. I am livid because I only trialed out, although never used it however find myself lost so much money. Horrible service offered by discovery. I want this sorted ASAP, with refunds of the months I canceled out.
