Discovery Vitality is a ****!

Discovery Vitality boasts about how quick it is to sign up for this program. However, the experience post signing up has not been pleasant. It first started with the Discovery App, not allowing one to scan in the receipt to obtain the points / discount from Nandos. Then, it didn't give my points for reaching my 10,000 step goal on two occasions. I soon realised that the product that was sold to me was not the one that I will soon be paying for once the 3-month free campaign would come to an end. My partner and I then decided to cancel the subscription. I have been trying to get assistance since 27 December 2024.

I called again this morning, the operator that assisted me put me through to another consultant. I spent 30 minutes holding to be assisted and I am no closer to having Discovery Vitality cancelled! This is very frustrating!
